Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens and unexpected events can occur. However, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. My business relies on appointments being honored, and last-minute cancellations or reschedules leave a gap that could have been filled by another client. Just as I value your time, I also ask that you value mine. Appointments made within 24 hours are still subject to this cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. Thank you for understanding and for respecting each other’s time!
